癌症症状管理理论和实践的研究进展

摘要 2006年WH0将癌症列入慢性病的范畴。癌症患者在治疗和康复过程中经历着一系列症状，包括疾病相关症状和治疗相关症状，对癌症患者及其家庭成员的生活质量都产生重要影响。随着医疗模式的改变和治疗技术的发展，如门诊化疗和口服化疗药物的问世等，当前症状管理研究正在发生较大变化，包括从单一症状到症状群，从横断面研究到症状的纵向变化，从常规癌症护理到以“症状”为关注点的症状干预。
