摘要
对圆柱滚子轴承和圆锥滚子轴承的内圈道和外圈外圆的磨床控制系统进行了改进,实现了在一台磨床上完成工件的粗、精磨削。改进后的磨床控制系统不仅体积减小、系统的可靠性增强,而且系统的利用率大大提高,使用成本降低,在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
The control system for circular grinder of inner ring and outer ring of cylindrical roller bearing and taper roller bearing was improved, and coarse, fine grinding with workpiece were realized. The improved control system of grinder not only is reduced in volume, the reliability of the system is enhanced, but also the utilization of the system is improved greatly and using cost is reduced. It has achieved very good effect in practical applications.
