摘要
主要介绍了单轨机车换轮平台液压系统的设计,通过对沉降梁升降机构三级缸的同步回路以及回转台回转机构的数字缸电液伺服控制系统的优化设计,提高了在换轮升降过程中的稳定性及沉降梁的回转精度。
The design of hydraulic system to the change-wheel platform of monorail train was introduced mainly. Through optimal-ly designed the three-stage hydraulic cylinder synchronizing circuit to the mechanism of lifting platform and the electrohydranlic servo control system to digital cylinder of the rotating platform mechanism, the stability of the lifting platform and precision of the rotating mechanism during the process of change-wheel are improved.
