摘要
支架在工程中是最常见的辅助施工手段,但在施工过程中,支架垮塌事故屡次发生,支架在正式使用前进行预压试验是必要的.通过某特大桥0#块高空施工实例,介绍了一种高空施工支架搭设的方法,并对该支架系统预压试验进行了设计与试验的数据收集.工程实例的施工结果验证了对根据预压试验数据分析的结论的正确性,为类似工程高空施工提供一定的经验及参考.
Scaffold is one of the most common means of auxiliary construction in engineering. But in the process of construction, scaffold collapse accidents occur frequently. So preloading test is necessary before scaffold is used. Through high-altitude construction example of a bridge 0# block, a kind of high altitude construction bracket erection method is introduced. The preloading of the bracket system is designed and the test data are collected. Engineering construction results show the correctness of the preloading test data analysis, which provides experience and reference for similar high-altitude construction projects.
