摘要
以湖北省郧县汉江二桥主河道内45号墩深水钻孔桩基础施工为例,介绍了深水桩基础高桩施工平台的设计方案和桩基施工过程的控制要点。将水中作业转移至高出水面的施工平台上的思路,避开了流水影响;利用高桩龙门形式解决了水上大吨位的吊重问题;将钢管桩与钢护筒联成一体,形成稳固的整体受力钻孔平台,既利用了护筒材料,加快了施工进度,又节省了施工成本,增强了平台的安全性。
Taking pile foundation construction for the 2nd Hanjiang River Bridge No. 45 pier in main stream, Yunxian County, Hubei Province as an example, the author introduces the design of high-pile construction platform for constructing pile foundation in deep water and key control points during construction of pile foundation. It moves the construction from water to construction platform which is higher than water level, thus avoids the influence of water flow and solves the large tonnage lifting problems, by the high-pile crane ; moreover, it also connects the steel pile and steel protection tube together forming a stable bored platform. Therefore, it uses the protection tube, improves the construction progress, saves the con- struction cost and strengthens the safety of platform.
