摘要
目的:建立整肠正气丸中和厚朴酚及厚朴酚的检测方法。方法:色谱条件为C18色谱柱;柱温为室温;流动相:甲醇-水(75∶25);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:294nm。结果:和厚朴酚及厚朴酚线性范围分别为12.15~121.50μg·mL-1和22.25~222.50μg·mL-1,r分别为0.9998,0.9995;和厚朴酚加样回收率为98.47%(RSD=0.72%,n=6);厚朴酚加样回收率为98.30%(为RSD=0.88%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便,准确度高,可有效控制整肠正气丸的质量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determining the honokiol and magnolol content in Zheng Chang Zheng Qi Pills. Methods: HPLC was used to detect the honokiol and magnolol content in Zheng Chang Zheng Qi Pills with C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-Water(75:25). The flow rate was 1.0 mL. min-1 and column temperature was room temperature. The detected wavelength was 294 nm. Results: The method were linear at the range of 12. 15 - 121.50 μg. mL-1 for honokiol ( r = 0. 9998 ) and 22.25 - 222.50μg. mL- 1 for magnolol ( r = 0. 999 5 ). The average recovery rate were 98.47 %, RSD = 0. 72% and 98.30%, RSD =0. 88% respectively( n = 6). Conclusion: The method is convenient and accurate, which can be applied to the content determination of honokiol and magnolol for Zheng Chang Zheng Qi Pills.
