摘要 目的:探讨CBCT测量正常人牙齿及牙列形态数据的准确性和可行性。方法:对10名正常青年人(男性4例,女性6例,年龄22~24岁)进行CBCT扫描,2名实验者分别用CBCT自带软件对牙冠宽度、厚度、高度及牙列的相关线性数据测量2次;并制取上述10名青年人上下颌全牙列石膏模型,2名实验者分别用电子卡尺对牙冠宽度、厚度、高度及牙列的相关线性数据测量2次;应用SPSS软件配对t检验对所测数据进行统计学分析。结果:2名实验者利用CBCT系统对牙冠宽度、厚度、高度及牙列的相关线性测量结果显示的平均值之间无统计学差异,2名实验者利用电子卡尺对牙冠宽度、厚度、高度及牙列的相关线性测量结果显示的平均值之间无统计学差异,CBCT系统与电子卡尺对牙冠宽度、厚度、高度及牙列的相关线性测量结果显示平均值无统计学差异。结论:CBCT在牙冠及牙列的重建上准确可靠,在对牙冠宽度、厚度、高度及牙列的形态数据测量上稳定可重复,可用于测量活体牙及牙列的形态数据。 Objective: To evaluate the realiability and accuracy of measurement of normal tooth and dentition morphology. Methods: The whole dentition of 10 normal adults(4 males, 6 females, aged from 22-24) were scanned by the CBCT systerm. The height and thickness and width of the crown and linear related data of dentition were measured by two observers respectively using CBCT officially authorized software for twice. The whole dentition plaster casts of the 10 subjects were prepared, then the height and thickness and width of the crown and linear related data of dentition were measured by two observers respectively using digital caliper for twice. All data were ana- lyzed by SPSS software package. Results: No siginificant difference was observed between the mean measurements performed at two different observers by the CBCT systerm and by digital caliper. No siginificant difference was observed between the mean measurements by the CBCT systerm and the mean measurements by digital caliper. Conclusion: A three dimensional digital model of the crown and full dentition was reconstructed by CBCT, which is accuracy and reliable. Normal tooth and dentition morphology data obtained by the CBCT system are stable and repeatable, which hints that the system can be used for measurement of the whole dentition morphology.
