诺舒阻抗控制系统治疗月经过多的临床分析 被引量：12

摘要 女性正常月经周期21～35d，经期2～7d，经量为30～50ml。通常将经量超过80ml或经期超过7d称为月经过多。功能失调性子宫出血（功血）、慢性肾功能不全、血小板减少、凝血功能障碍等均可导致月经过多，严重影响患者的生命质量。应用诺舒（NovaSure）阻抗控制系统（诺舒）行子宫内膜切除术是治疗月经过多的有效手术方式。
