弧齿锥齿轮冷锻过程的数值模拟研究 被引量:9

摘要 弧齿锥齿轮作为重要的传动件,其力学性能要求高。采用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对弧齿锥齿轮冷闭塞锻造过程进行了模拟,获得了弧齿锥齿轮的冷锻应力应变分布规律及成形载荷曲线,并且从理论上对锻件齿面的开裂区域进行了预测。研究结果对提高弧齿锥齿轮冷锻件的成形质量具有重要的指导意义。 As important driving parts, the mechanical properties of spiral bevel gears have very strict demands. The process of cold closed-die forging for spiral bevel gear was simulated by finite element sofrware DEFORM-3D, and the distribution of equivalent strain and equivalent stress and load-stroke curve were obtained. The crack zones in the cold forging process of spiral bevel gear were predicted. The study results can provide a significant guidance to improve the forming quality of the cold forgings for spiral bevel gears.
