摘要
通过实验,研究分析了两座推钢式加热炉产生水管黑印的原因。结论是实际产能远远超出设计产能和水管材质以及布置方式的不合理,操作制度的缺陷是产生黑印的重要原因。阐述了减轻加热炉水管黑印的措施,从而提高钢材的质量。
Through the experiment, the causes of which billets produce black mark on water pipe in two pusher-type heating furnace were researched. The conclusions are as follows: the actual capacity far beyond the design capacity, unreasonable material and layout of water pipes, and defects of operation system are the main reasons of produced black mark. The measures of reducing black mark or watear pipe of heating furnace were elaborated to improve the quality of steel.
