摘要
塑性变形温度是影响坯料金属动态再结晶的关键因素之一。因此,研究揭示坯料初始温度对304不锈钢塑性变形过程中动态再结晶的影响规律有重要意义。基于DEFORM-2D软件,研究揭示了304不锈钢法兰管锻压成形过程中坯料初始温度对于坯料金属动态再结晶体积分数、平均晶粒尺寸的影响规律,获得了优化的坯料初始温度为1150~1200℃。
Plastic deformation temperature of billet metal is one of the key factors impacting its dynamic recrystallization (DRX). Therefore, revealing the effects of billet initial temperature on the DRX mechanism during forging process of 304 stainless steel flange tube has an important significance. The influence laws of initial billet temperature on the DRX volume fraction and the average grain size were investigated based on the DEFORM-2D software. It was acquired that the optimized initial billet temperature was 1150-1200℃.
