摘要
目的:促进门诊药房取药秩序合理有序,优化排队叫号系统。方法:介绍门诊药房排队叫号系统的组成与功能,总结使用后的优势与存在问题。结果:药房排队叫号系统的应用,极大地方便了患者,提高了药房的服务质量和工作效率。结论:顺应"新医改"形势,推广药房排队叫号系统,让取药更合理、更快捷,药学服务更完善。
Objective： To promote the outpatient dispensary queuing order reasonably and optimize the queuing system. Methods： The composition and function of the queuing system are introduced and its advantages and problems are summarized. Results： Applications of queuing system in outpatient dispensary can greatly facilitate patients and improve service quality and efficiency. Conclusion： The application of pharmacy queuing system will make the pharmacy work more quickly and the pharmaceutical service more perfectly when conforming to ＂the new medical reform＂ situation.
