摘要
为精确校验和充分考核"三层两网"构架下数字化采样技术应用于110kV雪山智能变电站时的可靠性和稳定性,分别从过程层采样测试、过程层合并单元(MU)同间隔层各智能电子设备(IED)配合时关联性测试两个方面,提出并设计了一套完整的数字化采样测试技术手段和方法。该套测试方法在应用于雪山智能变数字化采样测试中取得了良好的预期效果,充分校验了该站数字化采样各关联IED的工作性能,同时为今后智能变电站数字化采样测试提供了很好的借鉴和参考依据。
This paper proposes a set of digital sampling test techniques,which is presented for test of sampling on the process layer and relevance between MU and IED on the interval layer to debug and inspect reliability and stability of digital sampling technology applied in 110kV Xueshan smart substation for the framework "three-layer and two-net"precisely.The set of test method obtains good expected result applied to digital sampling test in Xueshan smart substation.And it fully checks the performance of associated IED for digital sampling and provides perfect reference for future digital sampling test in smart substation.
