摘要
针对江苏省即将建设具有年检800万只智能电能表能力的超大规模智能电能表自动化检测系统工程建设需要,本文研究了电能表全自动检测系统现状,提出了适合建设超大规模智能电能表自动化检测系统的技术方案、系统组成及特点,并设计、实现了用于验证该方案的仿真系统。所介绍方案主要由AGV、RGV机器人、检测装置等组成,具有技术先进、组装灵活、易于故障维护等特点。通过使用仿真技术,为研究超大规模智能电能表自动化检测关键技术搭建了数字化平台,为今后工程建设提供了大量可参照的建议和方法,降低了建设风险和成本,提升了工程建设标准和质量。
This paper introduces the state of automatic verification system for electric meter and a new scheme suitable for constructing the system,and develops a simulation system which is mainly used to verify the scientificity and rationality of the scheme according to the requirement of constructing super large-scale smart meter automatic verification system by which 8,000,000 smart meters will be verified yearly in Jiangsu province.The scheme is mainly composed of AGV,RGV robot and verifying attachment,and it has the characteristics of advanced technology,flexible assembly and easy maintenance.The RD of the simulation system builds a digital platform for researching the key technologies of super large-scale smart meter automatic verification.For the future engineering construction,it can provide many suggestions and methods,reduce the risks and cost,and improve the standards and qualities.
