摘要 [目的]研究不同剂量盐酸林可霉素对小鼠肠道菌群的影响,为正确使用盐酸林可霉素提供参考资料。[方法]分别以80和120mg/d剂量的盐酸林可霉素,连续灌胃小鼠5和7 d,分别于停药后第1、3、7、10和15天检测小鼠直肠球菌、杆菌、乳酸菌及双歧杆菌数;[结果]各盐酸林可霉素给药组皆可造成小鼠肠道菌群失调。[结论]低剂量灌胃盐酸林可霉素可用于制备小鼠肠道菌群失调模型,高剂量给药可对小鼠机体造成损害。 [ Objective ] Through observing the effect of different doses of lincomycin hydrochloride on the intestinal flora of mice, so as to pro- vide the reference data for the correct use of lincomycin hydrochlorid on the study work. [ Method] The mice in study groups were continuous lavaged 80 and 120 mg/d doses of lincomycin hydrochloride 5 and 7 days, then test the number of bacillus, enterococci, laetobacillus and bifidobactefium in rectal of mice after stop giving lincomycin hydrochlorid 1, 3, 7, 10,15 days. [ Result] The lincomycin hydrochlofide treat- ment group all can cause mice intestinal dysbacteriosis. [ Conclusion] Giving mice 80 mg/d doses lincomycin hydrochloride can be used in the preparation of mice intestinal dysbacteriosis model and giving 120 mg/d doses can damage the mice.
