摘要
目的:探讨乳腺微小癌麦默通活检的价值和意义。方法:回顾性分析收治的56例乳腺微小癌患者的麦默通活检资料,研究分析麦默通活检诊断乳腺微小癌的价值和意义。结果:本组麦默通取材全部成功,成功率为100%,快速病理切片诊断为乳腺微小癌56例,同术后病理结果完全吻合,符合率为100%。结论:乳腺微小癌应用麦默通活检取样成功率、同术后病理符合率均极高,是目前病理活检诊断乳腺微小癌最为理想的取样方法,并且对乳腺微小癌的术前诊断具有重要意义和价值。
Objective To explore the minimal breast cancer Mammotome biopsy of the value and significance of. Conclusion the application of minimal breast cancer Mammotome biopsy sampling success rate, with postoperative pathology consistent rate is extremely high, is currently the pathological biop- sy in the diagnosis of minimal breast cancer the most ideal sampling method, and to the minimal breast cancer preoperative diagnosis is of important meaning and value.
