P波改变与心肌缺血关系的研究进展

摘要 P波是心房除极波,其前半部分和后半部分别为右心房和左心房除极所致,当右心房或左心房肥大时,将分别引起P波高尖或P波增宽;此外,心房内传导异常和心肌缺血也会造成P波异常改变[1-2]。近年来心肌缺血引起P波改变的临床价值逐渐受到重视,尤其是运动试验中的P波改变,许多学者提出将其改变作为运动试验判断心肌缺血的一项有价值的指标,笔者对相关文献及其进展进行综述。
