胰十二指肠切除术后不同胰肠吻合方式的效果与评价 被引量：1

摘要 将我院2009年1月～2010年12月收治的120例行胰十二指肠切除术患者随机分为三组,A组患者术后给予胰管对空肠黏膜吻合治疗,B组患者术后给予捆绑式吻合治疗,C组患者术后给予套入式吻合治疗,观察三组的应用效果。结果 A组和B组患者胰肠吻合口瘘的发生率明显低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组与B组比较无明显的差异(P>0.05),统计学无意义。临床中对于胰十二指肠切除术后患者给予胰管对空肠黏膜吻合和捆绑式吻合治疗的效果比较明显,有效的降低胰肠吻合口瘘的情况发生,值得临床中应用。
