摘要
用温度诱导方法获得了 M2 6 - 32靶抗原基因片断表达的融合蛋白。 Western- blot分析显示 ,该融合蛋白能与单克隆抗体 M2 6 - 32反应 ,证实了获得的基因序列是单克隆抗体 M2 6 - 32的靶抗原基因片断。该融合蛋白能与抗间日疟原虫和抗恶性疟原虫血清反应 ,且抗该融合蛋白抗体和纯化融合蛋白的抗血清还能与间日疟原虫和恶性疟原虫的胞浆抗原反应 ,表明该靶抗原基因片断内含有间日疟原虫和恶性疟原虫的共同基因序列 。
The fusion protein from the target antigen gene fragment of the panspecies monoclonal antibody,M2632, has been selected by using different culture temperatures. Westernblot shown that the fusion protein expressed from the target gene fragment can react with the panspecies monoclonal antibody,M2632. It has been confirmed again that the sequence expressed the fusion protein is a target antigen gene fragment of the panspecies monoclonal antibody,M2632. The fusion protein can react with human antiPlasmodium falciparum serum and antiPlasmodium vivax serum. The antifusion protein serum can react with both P. falciparum and P. vivax in IFA test as well. It is suggested that there is a common gene in the target antigen gene fragment of the panspecies monoclonal antibody, M2632, and the protein expressed from the common gene present in antigens of both P. falciparum and P. vivax.
