摘要
为探讨细胞因子对旋毛虫感染的免疫调节机制 ,本实验采用间接 EL ISA等方法对 IL- 2治疗后感染旋毛虫小鼠的 Ig G抗体水平及寄生虫感染力进行了观察 ,结果发现不同剂量 IL- 2对不同地理株感染的小鼠产生的影响存在巨大差异 ,对于黑龙江株猪型旋毛虫感染小鼠 ,IL- 2注射具有明显抑虫效果 ,且疗效与给药剂量呈正相关 ;而对于美国株猪型感染的小鼠 ,小剂量 IL- 2无效 ,大剂量 IL- 2反使感染加重。
To explore the immunoregulation of IL2 in Trichinellainfected mice, serum IgG antibody levels were determined by ELISA and the infection capacity was determined by reproductive capacity index (RCI) after IL2 treated Trichinellainfected mice. Results differed markedly depending on which Trichinella species was used: IL2 injection induces beneficial effects on HLinfected mice and increases in dose of IL2 correlated with decreases in parasite number; low dose of IL2 had no measurable effect on AMinfected mice while high dose of IL2 had the trend of exacerbating the Trichinosis in AMinfected mice. A reasonable conclusion is that enhancement or inhibition of parasite growth by IL2 is related with the genotype of the species.
