摘要
传统金属切削仿真往往局限于二维仿真。本文基于有限元软件ABAQUS/Explict建立了三维斜角切削模型,并对45钢的切削过程进行了数值模拟。试验结果表明,在刀具切削过程中,刀尖接触区会发生严重的不均匀塑性变形。并且在刀具切削金属时,由于前刀面常处于高温高压的状态极易发生月牙洼磨损,同时刀具刃倾角的存在会使得切屑发生一定的横向卷曲。模拟切屑外形与试验切屑结果一致,另外模拟切削力数值与实际车削力理论公式计算结果吻合。模拟结果对金属切削加工及刀具理论研究具有重要的指导意义。
Traditional metal cutting simulation was often limited to a two - dimensional simulation. In this paper, a three - dimensional oblique cutting model was established to simulate the 45 steel cutting process based on the finite software ABAQUS/Explict. The results showed that the tip contact area occured severely uneven plastic deformation in the cutting process, crater wear was occurred easily when the metal was cutted due to a state of high temperature and pressure,at the same time, the certain transverse curl of chip was occurred due to the the existence of the tool cutting edge inclination. The chip shape of simulation was kept with the experiment resuhs of chip, besides, the cutting force values of simulation was compatible with the actual cutting force theory calculated results. It has some guiding significance for the metal cutting process and tool theory research.
