摘要 针对风力发电机组滚动轴承的振动故障,采用Hilbert解调及倒谱分析的方法,寻找故障的特征频率,运用LabVIEW软件编写程序进行信号实例分析,获取了异常振动产生的周期性故障信号。结果表明把倒谱分析与Hilbert解包络分析相结合是一种有效的诊断方法,提高了风力发电机组轴承故障诊断的准确性。 In order to detect the vibration fault of wind turbine bearing, a method based on Hil- bert and Cepstrum is proposed in this paper, finding fault characteristic frequency. The LabVIEW software is used for signal analysis to obtain fault signal generated by the abnormal vibration. The resuits show that the analysis based on Hilbert and Cepstrum is an effective diagnostic method, which improves the accuracy of fault diagnosis in wind turbine bearing.
