摘要
闰秒的出现打破了每分钟60 s的时间运行规律,航天测控和弹道测控时频分系统的IRIG-B码终端需要适应闰秒对时间的调整,以此满足测控系统的需要。文中利用介绍的时间信息处理及闰秒处理方法,改造后的IRIG-B码终端能够适应闰秒对时间的调整,实现测控站间的时间统一。对在研的IRIG-B码终端设备,采用模拟不同的外部基准条件下进行闰秒,验证了终端对闰秒的适应能力,针对不同基准能够灵活、方便地进行闰秒。
The leap second violates the rule of 60 seconds per minute. The aerospace monitoring and trajectory control, time-frequency subsystem IRIG-B code terminal needs to adapt to the leap second time adjustment in order to meet the needs of the monitoring and control system. A method for time information and leap second processing is proposed, by which the IRIG-B code terminal is able to adapt to the leap second time to achieve the unity of time be- tween the monitoring stations. Different external reference conditions for leap seconds on IRIG-B code terminal e- quipment are simulated, which verifies that the terminal has good adaptability to leap seconds with easy and flexibil- ity adjustment on different bases.
