摘要 利用固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱法(SPME-GC/MS)分析室内空气中和不同材质的新家具释放出的挥发性有机物。优化的固相微萃取试验条件:选用65μm PDMS/DVB萃取纤维吸附样品挥发出的有机物,空气样品吸附时间为6h,家具样品吸附时间为20min,解析时间为5min,解析温度为250℃。对置入4种不同板材制成的家具前后的室内空气样品进行分析,发现4种板材制成的家具均给室内空气引入了新的挥发性有机物,芳香烃和萜烯类物质是实木颗粒板家具引入的的主要有机物,苯乙烯是中密度板家具引入的主要有机物,萜烯类和醇类化合物是大芯板和实木板家具引入的主要有机物。该方法可以快速、准确地分析室内空气中的挥发性有机物,为室内空气质量检测提供新的有效手段。 A solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPME-GC/MS) method was used to analyze volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in indoor air and new furniture.The optimum solid phase microextraction process included that a 65 μm PDMS/DVB coating fiber was employed to absorb VOCs of air sample for 6 h or furniture sample for 20 min at normal temperature,the samples were desorbed at 250℃ for 5 min.The samples,before and after 4 kinds of furniture made of different materials were placed into the room,were analyzed.The results show that new VOCs were introduced into the indoor air by 4 kinds of furniture,aromatic hydrocarbons and terpenes were mainly introduced by wood particle board furniture,styrene was mainly introduced by medium-density fiber board furniture,terpenes and alcohol compounds were mainly introduced by lumber-core board and solid wood board furniture.The volatile organic compounds in indoor air were analyzed by this method,providing a new effective method for air quality testing.
