摘要
通过单因素实验和正交实验,探究了双氧水浓度、双氧水与氧化锰矿质量比(料液比)、98%硫酸的用量、还原反应时间及反应温度对双氧水还原氧化锰矿的影响。结果表明:在硫酸溶液中双氧水还原氧化锰矿的最适工艺条件为:双氧水浓度5%、料液比(1∶6)、98%硫酸4.7 mL、反应温度60℃及还原反应时间4 h,锰的浸出率高达84.72%。该工艺简单可行,对设备要求低,绿色环保,非常适合中小企业的需求,极具开发前景。
Orthogonal and single-factor experiments were exploded to examine the influences of concentrations of hydrogen peroxide, including the mass ratio to hydrogen peroxide and manganese oxide ore, content of sulfuric acid, leaching time and reaction temperature on hydrogen peroxide reduction manganese oxide ore. The results show that optimal leaching conditions are obtained as 4 mL 98% H2SO4,4% hydrogen peroxide and 1 : 6 mass ratio to hydrogen peroxide and manganese oxide ore for 4 h at 60℃, and manganese leaching rate under that conditions reached 84. 72%.
