基于统计分析的葡萄酒的评价

摘要 通过葡萄品种的理化指标数据和对应葡萄酒的质量评分,用F检验得到评酒员对红、白葡萄酒的评分结果都具有显著性差异,借助多系列相关分析得到评酒员的可信度。采用主成分分析法降低葡萄理化指标的数量,通过AHP评价模型确定指标的权重,利用SPSS软件对葡萄酒样进行分类将酿酒葡萄分为A、B、C、D、E五个等级,客观地反映了葡萄的理化指标与葡萄酒质量之间的联系。 According to the evaluation of physical and chemical indicators, we use F test to get a review of the wine part of red and white wine whose ratings results have significant differences, and require the evaluation credibility by using multiple series correlation analysis. We use principal component analysis to reduce the number of physical and chemical indicators, get the weights by AHP evaluation model, to classify wine grapes into five grades A, B, C, D, E by using SPSS software, which objectively reflects the connection between the physical and chemical indicators and wine quality.
