摘要
ERP系统是企业提高竞争力和内部管理水平的重要工具,但同时也面临着的项目实施风险难以控制的挑战。本文针对ERP项目实施风险因素,构建了基于螺旋模型风险模糊综合评价模型,进行ERP系统动态风险评价,并应用于企业实践。
ERP system is an important tool to improve the corporation competitiveness and management level,and there are many risk challenges in ERP project as well.This paper established a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model based on the spiral model to evaluate risk dynamically in each phase of ERP project implementation,which is applied to the enterprise＇s practice.
