烟台、新疆地区的番茄中番茄红素含量的差异 被引量:3

THE DIVERSITY OF TOMATOES' LYCOPENE CONTENT BETWEEN YANTAI AND XINJIANG

摘要 为了研究地域环境对番茄中番茄红素含量的影响,以烟台、新疆地区的番茄为研究材料,采用分光光度计法测定番茄含量。试验表明烟台和新疆地区番茄中番茄红素含量有较大差异,通过查阅文献和资料,从品种及栽培条件、温度、光照、水分三个方面分析产生差异的原因。 The factors influencing Lycopene content of Yantai and Xinjiang by spectrophotometry were investigated here . The study showed that the Lycopene content of tomatoes are quite different between Yantai and Xin- jiang. Through consulting thesis and information , the differences may be made by species, cultivating, tem- perature , light , moisture and so on.
