摘要
为了更好地开发利用黄骅冬枣这一水果原料,采用国家标准检验方法,对黄骅市15个冬枣产地210份样品的常规营养成分和矿物元素进行了抽样分析。结果表明,黄骅冬枣中含有大量的维生素C、果糖和蔗糖,较少量的粗纤维粗及Mg、Ca、B、B、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn等多种矿物元素。因此判断黄骅冬枣具有较高的食用与营养价值,是生产保健食品的良好天然资源,值得进一步开发利用。
In order to develope and utilize Huanghua dongzao The general ingredients and contents of mineral element in huanghua Dongzao were analyzed according to the national standard testing method.The results showed that Huanghua dongzao contain a lot of vitamin C,fructose and sucrose,a small amount of crude fiber thick and Mg,Ca,B,B,Cu,Fe,Zn,Mn and so on many kinds of mineral elements..It is also good natural sources for healthy food,and worthy of further exploitation.
