摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在精神科的实施方法及其效果。方法选取未开展优质护理服务之前的713例精神科患者设为对照组,选取开展优质护理服务之后的825例精神科患者设为观察组。对照组予以病种相应的常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上,给予系统的优质护理服务。比较两组的护理质量、健康知识知晓率、患者满意度。结果除健康知识知晓率外,观察组护理质量评分,包括基础护理、病房管理、感染控制、护理安全评分,以及患者满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务对提高精神科的护理工作质量和患者满意度具有重要的作用,在精神科护理中是值得开拓的一种护理方式。
Objective To explore the measure and effect of high quality nursing service's implementation in psychiatric department. Methods Seven hundred and thirteen cases of psychiatric patients before high quality nursing service's implementation were selected as control group, and 825 cases of psychiatric patients after high quality nursing service's implementation were selected as observation group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing measures accordingly, yet patients in observation group were given systematic high quality nursing service based on control group. Nursing quality, health knowledge awareness rate and patient satisfaction in two groups were compared. Results Except for health knowledge awareness rate, nursing quality score, including basic nursing, ward management, infection control, nursing safety ratings, and patient satisfaction scores in observation group were all higher than those in control group, and there were statistical difference (P 0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing service plays an important role in improving nursing quality and patient satisfaction in psychiatry, and it is one nursing method deserving to be developed in psychiatry.
