摘要
运用稳健设计的方法对翻抛机工作装置进行参数设计,寻找翻抛机工作装置结构参数的最优组合.首先应用三维软件建立工作装置的模型,再应用有限元分析软件求出各组试验的输出特性值,并计算相应的信噪比,最后用方差分析得出最优参数组合.此稳健设计方法使翻抛机的设计更具稳健性,也为翻抛机工作装置的设计提供了相应的理论参考.
With the method of robust design in parameter design of windrow turner, the paper is to find an optimal solution to the structure parameter setting of working device. The model of working device is established first by 3D software. Then the output feature values of each test could be listed by using the finite element analysis software and the signal-to-noise ratio. In the end, the optimal parameter combination would be achieved by variance analysis. This Robust design method could make the turner design more robust, and would provide the corresponding theoretical reference for the design of windrow turner machines.
