摘要
通过对刚性螺栓及柔性螺栓使用中容易出现裂纹缺陷部位的分析,根据螺栓的结构特点、探头的特性,采用横波斜探头和纵波斜探头对螺栓进行超声波探伤的方法,检测中以丝扣反射波来调整横波探伤的灵敏度,以及缺陷波、变形波的识别方法作为重点,从而有效检测出裂纹缺陷。
Based on the rigid bolt and soft bolt use prone to crack defects in the parts of the analysis, according to the structure characteristics, probes the characteristics of holt, bolt in shear wave oblique probe and longitudinal wave probe method for ultrasonic flaw detection, detection of threaded reflected wave to adjust the shear wave flaw detection sensitivity, as well as defects, deformation wave of recognition method, as the key to effectively detect the crack defects.
