摘要
由于橡胶颗粒的加入,对混合料马歇尔稳定度和流值产生了显著影响,和设计要求范围有偏差。因此,橡胶颗粒沥青混合料最佳沥青用量再单一的运用马歇尔方法严格按照规范的范围来确定,不能很好的确保混合料的高温稳定性。本文采用四种混合料级配,进行马歇尔试验和车辙试验分别确定最佳沥青用量OACa和OACb,取二者均值作为最终的最佳沥青用量OAC。路用性能检验结果表明,对橡胶颗粒沥青混合料而言,此方法优于传统的马歇尔法。
The rubber particles joining have a significant impact on the Marshall stability and flow of mixture,and the design requirements range have deviation.So,Rubber particle asphalt mixture optimum asphalt content determined by a single Marshall method in strict accordance with the standard to the range,not very good to ensure the high temperature stability of mixture.This paper adopts four mixture gradation,determine optimum asphalt content OAC1and OAC2 by Marshall test and rutting test,both average be taken as last optimum asphalt content.pavement performance test show the method is better than traditional Marshall
