摘要
掺铈氯化镧(LaCl3:Ce)闪烁晶体具有高光输出和快衰减特性,是目前作为甄别γ射线和中子、精确测量γ射线能量的最佳闪烁晶体。测量研究LaCl3:Ce的结构及振动模式有着重要的意义,在简单介绍有关拉曼散射基本理论,对氯化镧晶体结构与振动模式分析的基础上,利用实验测定结果讨论掺铈对氯化镧拉曼光谱的影响。
LaCl3:Ce scintillation crystal has the character of high power ray output and quick attenuation. It is the best scintillation crystal for discriminating radial ray and neutron and measuring the energy of radial ray in precisely. It has an important role in studying the structure and mode of vibration of LaCl3:Ce. This paper introduced the basic principle about Raman scattering, analyzed the structure and mode of vibration of LaCl3:Ce. Then it discussed how Raman spectra of LaCl3 changed when mixed with Ce based on experimental result.
