摘要 目的评价早期肠内营养与延迟肠内营养对重型颅脑损伤患者预后和生存质量的影响。方法将120例重型颅脑损伤患者按照临床入院的先后顺序分成早期肠内营养组和延迟肠内营养组各60例,比较两组患者的预后及生存质量。结果早期肠内营养组患者死亡率显著下降(P<0.05),两组存活患者出院时及出院2个月随访时GCS评分有统计学差异(均P<0.05),早期肠内营养组患者出院时及出院2个月随访时生存质量显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论早期肠内营养支持可有效降低重型颅脑损伤患者的死亡率,减轻伤后昏迷的程度,显著提高其生存质量。 Objective To evaluate the effects of early enteral nutrition (EEN) and delayed enteral nutrition (DEN) on prognosis and quality of life in patients with severe brain injury. Methods A total of 120 severe brain injury patients were divided into two groups and each group contains 60 patients. DEN intervention was used in control group and EEN intervention was used in experimental group. Compared the prognosis and quality of life of the two groups at the time of admission to the hospital and the two month follow-up. Results The survival rate and GCS score of EEN group demonstrated dominance compared with that of EEN group (P 〈 0.05). Otherwise the quality of life of EEN group was higher than that in EEN group at the time of discharged from the hospital and the two month follow-up(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion EEN intervention can significantly reduce the death rates and the extent of the coma of patients with severe brain injury. And at the same time it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with severe brain injury.
