跨国企业在中国市场经营成功关键因素之研究 被引量:3

摘要 中国大陆自从 1 978年以来 ,对外商企业门户开放已逾 2 0年 ,由于经济持续发展以及平均高个位数的成长率吸引 ,跨国企业群起涌入投资。将探讨为何进入中国大陆的趋势由以往的合资方式演变为渐采独资经营 ?为何跨国企业的经营者 ,在面对截然不同的语言、文化差异以及消费者人口因素及品味急剧的变动而能成功立足于中国大陆 ?以爱立信、可口可乐、福斯汽车等公司经营成功的案例来分析说明 ,并另以顶新集团为例 ,作为台商投资中国大陆成功的典范。 China has opened the doors for foreign business over 20 years since 1978. Concerning about the continuation of its economic boom and averagely high single-digit growth. Multinational companies come and they invest. This article will explore why theres a growing trend of entering and investing in China-as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise (WFOE) instead of equity joint venture (EJV)? Why Western managers face exceptional language and cultural difference and moreover, consumer demographics and tastes are constantly changing, can succeed in China? We take Ericsson, Coca-Cola and Volkswagen as successful examples. In addition, we take Tingshing as another successful paradigm Taiwan Residents enterprise in China.
