摘要
芒果炭疽病是芒果主要病害之一,筛选拮抗细菌对其进行防治已成为研究热点。文章简述了近年来拮抗细菌对芒果炭疽菌的抑菌作用及对炭疽病的防病作用,指出利用拮抗细菌防治芒果炭疽病的研究在菌源、抑菌机理、防病机制及安全等问题上尚缺乏深入、系统的研究,提出高效及拮抗机制多样化菌株的筛选、抑菌物质的抑菌机理及其合成应用、拮抗细菌对芒果诱导抗病的刺激应答机理及拮抗细菌应用的安全评估等应是今后研究工作的重点。
As one of the major diseases of mango, anthracnose control through screening antagonistic bacterium has become a hotspot. This review briefly introduced inhibition effect of antagonistic bacterium against mango anthracnose pathogen and control efficacy of antagonistic bacterium against mango azthracnose in recent years. It was pointed out that the deep and systematic studies were absent in source, antifungal activity, mechanism of disease control and security evaluation of antagonistic bacterium. Consequently, the future researches should emphasize the screening of efficient strains with multifarious antifungal activity, antifungal mechanism and chemical synthesis of antifungal substance, stimuli-responding mechanism of induced disease resistance between mango and antagonistic bacterium, and security evaluation of antagonistic bacterium.
