摘要
兴起于20世纪末的积极心理学主张将研究重点放在“美德”“幸福”等积极因素上,它的出现引起了心理学界的广泛关注;而这股新思潮也势必对正在快速发展的运动心理学带来新的思考与启示。在提高运动员备战重大比赛的应对技巧、心理承受能力及解决相关心理应激问题的防御机制等方面,积极心理学提出了更多相对合理、有效的应对方法。
The advocates of positive psychology is putting emphasis on positive factors such as "virtue" and "happiness" and the new enlightenment it brings to sports psychology. The introduction of positive psychology can change the mode of negative psychology and has a positive effect on the athletes' mental health and the development of their competitive mental potential. Positive psychology puts forward more reasonable and effective response style in aspects of improving athletes' coping skills on preparing for big events, mental capacity, and psychological stress defense mechanisms to solve problems.
