摘要
在冲压成形过程中,工艺参数的波动会导致成形结果不稳定。文章选择对成形质量影响最大的工艺参数,即材料参数、拉深筋、工具摩擦系数、压边力等作为优化变量,以成形极限曲线(FLD)作为目标函数,综合考虑冲压件成形过程中起皱和破裂的影响,基于Pro/E平台上的FASTAMP增量法求解器,采用蒙特卡罗(MonteCarlo)模拟、二次响应面模型,以及遗传算法对板料成形质量进行优化,并完成了该优化系统的开发。通过后排座靠背零件冲压实验表明,所采用的方法切实有效。
The fluctuation of process parameters in sheet metal drawing can lead to instability of forming result. In this paper the process parameters (such as material parameters, draw bead, friction, binder force, and so on) which have the biggest influence on the metal forming quality are chosen as optimization variables. Forming Limit Diagram (FLD) is treated as target function, and wrinkle and split in the metal are considered in the process. The optimization bases on Pro/E platform ~ FASTAMP solver, and adopts Monte Carlo method & Response Surface Method (RSM) & Genetic Algorithm (GA). The development of the sys- tem has been finished, and an example demonstrates that the methods are efficient.
