摘要
考虑了臭氧处理时间,样品含水量和单位体积样品质量对降解效果的影响,利用响应面研究3个因素的相互作用,得出臭氧降解花生粕中AFB1最佳工艺条件:臭氧处理时间7.92min、样品的水质量分数15%、样品的质量为5 g;通过最佳工艺臭氧的脱毒效率可以高达85%。
The aim of this manuscript was to investrated the effect of some factors,including the ozone treatment time,the sample moisture content and the unit volume sample quality on the the degradation AFB1 by single factor experiment and response surface methodology analysis.The optimum process conditions were achieved and listed as follows: ozone treatment time 7.92 min,sample moisture content 15%,the quality of the sample 5 g.With the optimum conditions,the the ozone detoxification rate can reached at 85%.
