摘要
介绍了利用YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)高温超导体作为透镜聚焦强流相对论电子束,把超导透镜研制成圆锥形,两端口内径分别为 60mm和 40mm,透镜长100mm,壁厚4mm,其陪衬样品超导特性T_c≥90K, J_c≥150A/cm~2.实验研究采用两套方案,结果表明,超导透镜具有明显的聚焦效果,并可有效控制束流强度分布,使被聚焦电子在束横截面上的强度均匀分布。
A high-T_c YBaCuO superconductor lens was used to focus intense relativistic electron beams. The superconductor lens(Tc≥90K, Jc≥150A/cm^2) was developed into taper-shape with a length of 100mm and a thickness of 4mm. The inner diameters of both ends were 60mmm and 40mm respectively. The experimental results indicate that the superconductor lens possesses obvious focusing characteristic and can be used to effectively control the beam intensity distribution with a flated top in the beam transverse-section.
