摘要
[目的]筛选具有抗幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)感染治疗价值的中药成分。[方法]摸索各中药成分的最低抑菌浓度,制备含有低于最低抑菌浓度中药提取液的HP的培养上清作用于Hela细胞,观察中药提取液对细胞空泡化的影响。[结果]各中药成分的最低抑菌浓度以黄连(0.39mg/ml)、厚朴(6.25mg/ml)、元胡(6.25mg/ml)最低,槟榔(25.00mg/ml)、黄柏(25.00mg/ml)、白芍(25.00mg/ml)等次之;药液作用后的细胞产生空泡的细胞的百分率以槟榔(8.0%)最低,厚朴(18.0%)次之。[结论]筛选到具有显著抑制细胞空泡化的中药成分为槟榔、厚朴,为临床治疗幽门螺杆菌感染提供了一种全新的思路。
[Objective]To select the segment of Chinese medicine which has the potential value of anti- helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. [Methods]Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of segment of Chi- nese medicine was investigated. The extracting solution(lower than the MIC)of Chinese medicine,was add- ed to culture medium with HP, and then the effect on Hela cells was observed. Cells vacuolation was also observed, l-Results]The MIC of Coptis Chinensis, Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis and Corydalis Tuber was 0.39mg/ml,6.25mg/ml,6.25mg/ml respectively. The MIC of Betel Nut, Pellodendron and Radix Paeon- iae Alba was 25mg/ml. Cell vacuolation rate induced by Betel Nut was the least(8. 0%), that caused by cortex magnoliae officinalis was the second(18.0 %). l-Conclusion]We selected Chinese medicine Betel Nut and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, which could restrain the cell vacuolation. This would be a new way to treat HP infectional disease.
