摘要
林区公路建设前后对林业生态环境的影响评价在指标本身或评价方法等方面都有不同程度的局限性,还没有形成完善的理论体系。其中的综合评价指标法直观简便,但是该方法中环境因子的权重确定大多采用专家咨询方法,且林业生态的影响又具有较大的地域差异,主观性较大。因此,以伊绥高速公路为例,将基于不确定推理决策的D-S证据理论融合决策方法用于权值的确定中,通过不同专家的分类推理和融合决策来确定最终的权值,可在一定程度上提高评价的客观性和准确性。
There are some limitations in forestry road construction ecological affection assessment with no perfect system before and after constructing the forest highway. The comprehensive index method is with no complex mathematical calculation, and is easy and direct. But the environmental factors weighs depend more on experts, and the forestry ecological factor has large area difference with objective and uncertainty characters. Therefore, taking Yi-Sui highway for example, uncertainty infer method, D-S evidence theory, was applied to decide the final weighs value through various experts classification infer and fusing decision. The evaluation decisions can be advanced in objectivity and veracity.
