红外辐照对魔芋葡甘聚糖膜吸水性能及结构的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)为对象,通过红外辐照温度、时间、强度和KGM分子质量的单因素试验,考察红外辐照对KGM膜吸水性能的影响,进一步采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱和X射线衍射表征KGM的结构。结果表明:红外辐照对KGM膜吸水性能影响显著,辐照温度与膜吸水率存在负相关性,红外辐照致使KGM分子发生氧化降解反应。 In this work, we used one-factor-at-a-time design to explore the effects of infrared radiation temperature, time and strength and the molecular weigth of konjac glucomannan (KGM) on water absorption of KGM films. Meanwhile, scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction was used to characterize the structure of KGM films. The results showed that infrared radiation had a substantial influence on water absorption of KGM films. Moreover, radiation temperature was negatively correlated with water adsorption of KGM films, and infrared radiation induced oxidative degradation of KGM molecules.
