摘要
用高锰酸钾溶液对山羊绒纤维进行氧化防缩处理。采用正交试验分析各因素对山羊绒纤维毡缩体体积、纤维强力的影响程度。通过直观分析、方差分析与F检验,得到如下结论:高锰酸钾质量分数是影响处理后山羊绒纤维毡缩体体积、纤维拉伸断裂强力的主要因素;在温度为50℃,时间为20 min,高锰酸钾质量分数为0.3%,pH值为3的条件下,处理后山羊绒纤维毡缩体的体积比未处理山羊绒纤维毡缩体增加近1倍,防缩山羊绒单纤维的拉伸断裂强度与未处理山羊绒纤维基本相同。
Potassium permanganate was used for oxidizing shrink-proofing of cashmere fibers. The factors affecting the felting volume and strength of the cashmere fibers were analyzed by orthogonal test. It was found through visual analysis, variance analysis and F test that the mass fraction of potassium permanganate was the main factor influencing the felting volume and tensile strength of the fiber. When the treatment was performed with potassium permanganate 3% , at pH = 3, and at 50℃ for 20 min, the felting volume of the treated cashmere fibers was nearly two times as much as that of the untreated fibers, but the tensile strength remained similar.
