SIRT1对心衰的保护作用研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 心力衰竭是多种心血管疾病最终的共同通路,其发病率高,预后差.是目前引起大家关注的严重健康问题之一。衰竭心脏呈现出复杂的表型,包括心肌细胞减少、纤维化增加、对应激反应性降低、心肌能量储备丢失、心肌收缩功能障碍等。越来越多的证据表明,表观遗传修饰形成了细胞内各种反应的分子基质。
