摘要
研究了氧压氨浸条件下高碱性脉石低品位混合镍矿在NH3-(NH4)2SO4-H2O体系中的浸出行为与机制。结果表明:在氧分压1.3MPa、浸出温度120℃、总氨浓度8mol/L、c(NH3)∶c((NH4)2SO4)=1.5∶1、液固体积质量比10∶1、浸出时间2h条件下,镍浸出率达70.86%,其中以氧化镍和硫化镍形式存在的镍浸出率达93%,而赋存于硅酸盐晶格中的镍因热力学原因不能被浸出。
In the system of NH3-(NH4 )2SO4-HzO, leaching behaviors and mechanism of nickel from a low grade ore with high alkaline gangue has been experimental investigated by high pressure ammonia leaching. The results showed that leaching rate of Ni in ore was up to 70.86%, and leaching rate of nickel in sulfide and nickel oxide was near to 93% under the conditions of oxygen pressure of 1. 3 MPa,leaching temperature of 120 ℃ ,total ammonia concentration in lixivium of 8 mol/L, c(NH3) : c((NH4)2SO4) of 1.5 : 1, V(liquid) : m(solid) of 10:1, leaching time of 2 h. The nickel silicate in ore could not be dissolved due to thermodynamics effect.
