摘要
随着地区经济与社会的发展,地方文献资源建设逐渐成为图书馆文献资源建设的重要组成部分。文章结合吉林省长春地区的区域特点,以长春图书馆为例,对网络环境下地方文献资源建设的相关问题进行了探讨。在对长春图书馆地方文献资源建设现状进行分析的基础上,总结出网络环境下制约地方文献资源建设的相关问题,提出了网络环境下地方文献资源建设的相关策略,为互联网环境下地方文献资源建设实践提供理论支持和实践路径。
With the local economic and social development,the construction of local document resources is becoming an important part of the construction of resources in the library.Combined with the regional characteristics of Changchun in Jilin Province,Changchun Library as example,construction of local document resources is discussed in the network environment.On the basis of analyzing local document resources construction status of the library the author sums up some factors which vestrict the construction of local document resources in the network environment,and proposes the strategy for construction in Internet environment,aiming at providing theoretical support and practical path for practice of construction of document resources in the network environment.
