摘要
师范生免费教育政策实施六年来,一直存在部分在校免费师范生学习动力不足、专业研究型学习不强等问题。本文在对免费师范生学习动力不足归因分析的基础上,探讨了改善免费师范生学习状态的方法与对策,以期助益人才培养质量的提高。
Over the six years of carrying out the tuition-free education policy, there has been some problems in some tuition-free normal college students, such as, not enough learning motivation, not strong, professional research and so on. Based on the reason of the learning motivation shortage of the tuition-free normal college students, this paper discusses the way and countermeasures to improve the tuition-free normal college students' learning state, so as to improve the quality of personnel training.
