摘要
Ezrin是(ezrin/radixin/moesin,ERM)家族的一个成员,是细胞膜和细胞骨架之间重要的联系分子,在癌细胞生长、转移中发挥重要作用。大量研究表明,Ezrin在肿瘤和内皮细胞的相互作用、细胞迁移、细胞黏附、肿瘤的进展和转移过程中起着重要的作用。文中阐述Ezrin对癌细胞生长特性的影响和对癌症患者治疗和预后的意义。
Ezrin is a member of the ERM (ezrin-radixin-moesin) cyto-skeleton-associated protein family. Ezrin primarily acts as a linker between the plasma membrane and the cytoskeleton and is a key component in tumor development and metastasis. Recent studies have found that, through regulating adhesion molecules and signal transduction pathways, Ezrin is involved in cell-cell and cellmatrix interactions, and might play an important role in the process of tumor cell invasion and metastasis. This article reviews the biological role of Ezrin in cancer cells and its impact on the treatment and prognosis of patients with cancer.
